I bought this name plate for my wife who had just graduated with a degree in elementary education. After searching dozens of websites, i decided on this one because I thought it would be a simple, yet elegant addition to her desk. The quality of this product seems to be top notch. I don't have any complaints about anything in my order, what so ever. I ordered this item very late on a Thursday night and it arrived on Monday. This was with only the free, standard shipping. I'm not sure it's humanly possible to produce and ship a customized products any faster. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product or company to anyone.
